Returns & Exchanges
At Altitude Water, we prioritize the purity and safety of our products; due to the nature of our food and beverage items, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened or defective merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right through a streamlined exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate the Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- 2.Verification & Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our facility, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
